Frequently Asked Questions And Answers
What are people saying about rv parks near Lincoln City, OR 97367?
This is a review for rv parks near Lincoln City, OR 97367:
“3 days and 2 nights free sound great right? NOT! Get ready to stay in a FEMA trailer. A hot water tank so small you cannot even take one shower without freezing yourself. Enjoy the incredible views out of windows that are so fogged up, you cannot. The people who own this business are doing illegal things like selling food that is making people sick, selling internet that doesn’t work, allowing staff and volunteers to intimidate and harass members. So maybe your first stay might seem okay but try staying after you buy your membership… The truth comes out once they scam you into how great their businesses are. Not to mention the family has parks all over Washington state and a few in Oregon.. DO YOU RESEARCH!!!!!”

Rv Camping Near Newport Or Lincoln City
We are planning on rving in June for one week in this area in a large fifth wheel. We are mid aged and have grown children. Can you suggest a nice rv park in this area that is near the ocean?
HI lorraine241 and welcome to TripAdvisor. The only RV park that is near the ocean in Newport is a âmotorcoach onlyâ one owned by Marathon ð
However, there is one right on the bay, just south of the bridge. Itâs new, big rig friendly, W & E w/ dump station, no trees. Not sure you can go a week without dumping?
Lincoln City has one with some ocean views and ocean access down the hill across the highway. Thereâs a pedestrian tunnel about a ½ mile away to go under the highway. Itâs also newish â itâs one of the Premier RV Resorts, 50 amp full hookups, wifi & cable. Click on Lincoln City:
Just south of Lincoln City, there is one that is oceanfront â but sites are narrow as itâs an older park. I *think* they can take big rigs on the front spots. Full hookups. This is a fairly nice park but a tad tight if busy â the front spots are great but do book early if interested!
Those are the top three for what youâre looking for, I believe. For a complete list of all RV parks that are on or near the water , click on this list:
We have a 32 ft 5th wheel and spend many weekends a year camping in just this area. Here is where we have stayed and found to be very nice.

Rv Camping On The Beach
If you are looking to camp for free during your stay in Oregon youdo have options but they are limited. Overnight camping is allowed on sectionsof the beaches, but there are restrictions. You cannot be adjacent to a statepark or within the city limits of Cannon Beach, Lincoln City, Seaside, Newport,Bandon, Gold Beach, Rockaway Beach and Manzanita. If you can find somewhereoutside of these areas where you can drive onto the beach then you are welcometo camp there. Keep in mind that these areas are few and far between and maynot be accessible by vehicle. In other words, this is not a great option formost RVers.
