Our park rangers do not want to stop you from having fun. Please hang the placard from your rearview mirror or the most visible part of your windshield.

The community gardens and orchards offered to all residents. We are a master built community with its own water supply, sustainable sewer plant, and emergency electricity. In the true spirit of Texas we try to offer independence to our residents by allowing you to even design your own home site. Custom covers and garages, to just mention a few options are allowed with park permission. We are not a overnight park catering to RV’s passing through, but a community of full time Tiny Home’s and RV’s . This shows through in the quiet, safe environment that respects nature, as well as everyone’s privacy.

Our beautiful 33-acre RV Camping Resort between Austin and Marble Falls is surrounded on 2 sides by a State Wildlife Sanctuary called the Balcones Woods Canyon Land. Also within a mile are Lake Travis LCRA parks and boat ramps that are sure to please every taste. Inside the park you will find many species of plants and animals along miles of nature walks. The man who designed the park, takes pride in the Texas Hill Country and the nature. All home sites have been built around the nature and mature trees to offer a truly country feel. Most all sites are shaded with live oaks and the roads built to respect this gem of nature.

Our campsites offers full RV hookups for power, water, sewer, and free Wi-Fi. Each site includes a covered picnic area. We also provide a small community cook-out park and a communal Laundromat.We are located only a 2 minute drive to the local Walmart and Lowes, 3-4 minutes to a number of restaurants, 5 different lakes from 5-25 minutes away and the nearest hospital only 8 minutes away.
When our recreation facilities are completed, we plan on having a monthly pot luck meal as well as day trips for those that are interested.
